When you receive your stand, simply plug it into a power source and wait for 5 minutes. Our system will automatically connect to the cellular network, ensuring a seamless setup with no need for Wi-Fi. Enjoy a hassle-free operation right out of the box!
Our Machine offers a straightforward and secure contactless payment method for your guests. Here’s how it works:
Initial Reservation: When a guest taps their credit card, debit card or Apple Pay, a temporary hold of up to €3 is placed on their card. This is purely a reservation.
Automatic Cancellation: If the guest doesn’t take an umbrella or if the umbrella is returned within 10 minutes, the reservation is automatically voided, and no charge is made.
Late Return fee: If the guest fails to return the umbrella within the rental period, an additional fee of will be applied.
This payment scheme ensures a hassle-free experience for your guests while maintaining transparency and security in transactions.
At Dripdrop, we prioritise 100% satisfaction for your guests. If a guest has any issues with our service, we promise to make it right. Our refund process is straightforward:
