What made you decide to join Dripdrop's mission?
We wanted to be part of something meaningful beyond the day-to-day. At Hilton London Bankside, we see hospitality as more than just welcoming guests — it’s about contributing to the well-being of our wider community. Dripdrops gives us the chance to do exactly that in a way that feels genuine and impactful.
What impact have you and the team experienced on the day-to-day operations since implementing Dripdrop?
The biggest change we’ve seen is how visible the mission has become in our day-to-day life at the hotel. Having the umbrellas in the lobby has made it easy for both guests and the team to engage with the initiative. It sparked conversations, raised awareness, and added a sense of purpose to a simple everyday item. It’s a small change that’s had a meaningful impact on how we connect with our community.
In what ways has the Dripdrop stand impacted guest satisfaction? Have you received any feedback from your guests?
The Dripdrops stand has been a welcome addition to our lobby. Guests often notice it straight away and appreciate that we’re supporting a meaningful cause. It’s sparked curiosity and conversations, and several guests have shared that they love seeing a hotel take part in something that gives back. It’s a small touch, but it leaves a positive impression and adds to the sense that we care about more than just their stay.
Brighter rainy days for you and your guests!
We love to talk about rain, hospitality, umbrellas and everything in between.
