How do I find my virtual card ID on Samsung?

When you use Samsung Pay, the mobile wallet replaces your card details with a unique and device-specific token. Each time you add a card to Samsung Pay, a new token is generated for that card, and this is what the merchant, or in this case, we see during transactions.

Find your virtual account number in 4 steps

  • 1. Open the Samsung Wallet App.
  • 2. From the "Quick access" tab, scroll to and click on your Digital ID. You will be prompted to verify your identity either via fingerprint or PIN.
  • 3. Once verified, you can see your card details.
  • 4. Find the virtual account number (4 digits different than your card numbers).

*If you cannot find it, write us in the message box the date and times (hour and minutes) of the mobile payment.
